Magneto’s dream has been achieved. The UN granted him his island of Genosha, and in secret, he works to soon build an army worthy of taking the world. Meanwhile, Xavier helps to strengthen the new generation of X-Men alongside his elites, who have taken a back seat to Crime-fighting in favor of training the new Generation. Even the UN has stepped into the Mutant world, Enacting a program to give Mutants full control, in exchange for their obedience, known as the Tank Program.
