(registration) when registering you are welcome to use whichever username you wish, however once you've joined the site please change it the first s. last names of your character (example: mary l. smith). once you have registered to the site you have a week to fill out the application, if it not completed in that time your account will be removed so please let a member of staff though if you are going to be unable to complete it in this time.
(application) the application should be completed in full before being posted to the pending sub-board. for the title of your application, please use the FIRST SECOND LAST names of your character (example: MARY LOUISE SMITH). please do not change any of the coding on the application.
(characters) any drastic changes to your characters storyline (for example pregnancy or death) should be cleared with a member of staff first. there should only be one character per account so if you have more than one character you will need to make separate account for each. we currently have a four character limit for each player. if you plan on having more than one character please be sure to keep them all active, if this doesn't happen you may be asked to drop one of them.
(roleplaying) unless you are on the instant messaging or mobile phone boards you should be roleplaying in third person and shouldn't be using chatspeak. we have a minimum word count of 200 words so we don't expect you to post more than that, however if you are roleplaying with someone who is posting over 1000 words please try to do a little more. remember to keep everything pg13, too. anything considered too graphic will be taken down.
(graphics) we ask that you have both an avatar and signature for your characters, but please be sure not to stretch the board.
(activity) please try to log in to each of your accounts everyday. if you are going to be away for longer than three days, please be sure to post in the correct board or let a member of staff know, this way if there is an activity check whilst you're gone we will still save your account.
(out of character) don't harass other members or guests, don't be rude, don't start arguments. respect each other, we're all here to have fun okay? if you are having problems with another member please contact a member of staff and we will deal with it. bullying will not be tolerated on this site.
(proboards) we are a proboards site so be sure to keep in mind their rules when roleplaying here.
